The Clubhouse

The clubhouse and pavilion are at the center of MSCI activity. Feature events hosted at these facilities include the annual Game Dinner, Family Picnic, Fish Fry and Gun Bash.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

While subject to change, members can generally gain access to the MSCI grounds from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week. The Clubhouse can be accessed from 9:00 am to sunset on non-event nights. Consult specific facility pages or contact the appropriate director for more detailed information, procedures and exceptions. Directors’ decisions are final with regards to whether or not grounds are open.

The clubhouse is also the place to be for many MSCI educational events, such as the 2 Hunter/Trapper Education Classes each year and NRA Training Classes.

The clubhouse features a full-service bar for our members’ enjoyment. However, we are a Sportsmen’s Club, NOT a drinking Club. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy on Drinking and Shooting. Bar hours are set by the Board of Directors but is generally open on Tues. Nights, Wed Nights, Sunday afternoon and for Special Events.

The MSCI clubhouse facilities can be rented by members. Please send a letter to the Board of Directors asking for permission to rent whatever facilities you may need. (No Sunday Rentals.)
